Ceramics to Metal Brazing
Ceramics Sciences Brazing Capability:
- Attachment of heat sinks, seal rings, connectors, pins, and leads to LTCC, Thick Film, and HTCC substrates.
- Attachment of substrates to metal housing using AuSn, AuGe, and CuAg eutectics.
